WorkflowMax Performance Issues

Over a week ago, WorkflowMax made the jump from their old data centre to a new one (similar to Xero earlier this year); and since then there have been ongoing performance issues.
Engineers at WorkflowMax have been working on the issues since, and have today noted the following;
We've identified the cause of the issues we've experienced this week after our migration to AWS (16/10).
We’re currently testing the fix for this and at this stage we’re planning a release at 07:00 NZDT on Wednesday morning, 26/10.
Unfortunately, when we make the release, anyone who is logged in will be logged out. You’ll be able to log straight back in though.
Once we’ve made the release we will closely monitor things but it might be necessary to make further tweaks after we’ve made the release.
